I am so excited that my little princess gets to be a flower girl in a few months. We justrecently had a girl's day, where she got to try on dresses in wedding shops here in Hawaii.  It was a wonderful experience for her and she loved stepping up on the platform in the gown to model for all of us.  It also gave the bride and myself an idea of the kind of dress that would be the right pick for her Hawaiian wedding.  I wanted something puffy and beautiful but I also didn't want it to look like a mini bride's dress.  I found a few but then decided to look online as well.  That's when I came across  the Pink Princess Shop.

Children just seem to love trains.  Chuggington is a popular show on the Disney channel where you can "Ride the Rails" with these sweet little engines. I like that it's compatible with other sets and that since the trains are made out of plastic they are more durable than the wooden trains you can find in stores.  I worry about toddlers putting wooden trains with peeling paint in their mouths.  It also is great for teaching youngsters about the difference between "over" "under" "through" "on top" and "beneath."

Mega Bloks Domino Build

Children love playing with blocks.  It fosters creativity, imagination, and motor skills.  You can find them in all shapes and sizes in stores, but one game I particular like for toddlers and young children is the Mega Bloks Domino Build Game.
