Wellness Wednesday- Radiation Protection

In case you haven't heard every first and third Wednesday is "Wellness Wednesday" here at Mom's Best Bets.  I invite you to learn more about getting healthy with Lifetime Family Wellness Center. 

I read a great handout at LFWC the other day regarding radiation exposure.  You can be exposed by flying in a plane, in your home, or by radiation in the air. 
 
Here are some great greens and sea food that help to protect the body from radiation exposure:

  1. Spirulina
  2. Kelp
  3. Green and black tea
  4. Pectin
  5. Dmso
  6. ALA
  7. NAC
  8. Magnesium, vitamin C. vitamin B, vitamin E
