Wellness Wednesday- Essential Supplements

In case you haven't heard every first and third Wednesday is "Wellness Wednesday" here at Mom's Best Bets.  I invite you to learn more about getting healthy with Lifetime Family Wellness Center. 

Along with LFWC adjustments, there is also a healthy lifestyle that is emphasized.  I wrote a little about healthy eating on the last Wellness Wednesday.  Today I learned more about supplements from Dr. Bruce.  There are so many vitamins and supplements on the market.  What should you buy?  Well, actually healthy organic food.  Yes, our ancestors never had vitamins nor did they require them since their nutrients came from their daily food supply.  Since, our soil is deficient and most people are not eating enough of the healthy food that their body requires, some supplements are required. 

So along with eating organic veggies, fruits, and meat, here are some essential nutrients to add daily:
1. Water
2. Probiotics
3. Fish oil
4. Sunlight/Vit. D
5. Asea
6. Green supplement
