Artichoke Appetizer

We love artichokes at our house. My daughter especially looks forward to plucking those juicy and healthy artichoke leaves. I quickly took this picture before it was gone. They are also super healthy for you, packed with Potassium, Magnesium, Vitamin C, Dietary Fiber, and Protein.
Just steam them and make a yummy aioli to accompany them.


  1. MMM I love artichokes. We usually make a butter garlic sauce to dip the leaves in. So good.

  2. I love artichokes too. I usually dip them in mayo!
