Along with LFWC adjustments, there is also a healthy lifestyle that is emphasized. You have probably heard the saying, "You are what you eat." Well, it's true, considering your diet affects your health, well-being, focus, emotions, appearance and many other factors.
What To Eat?
There are tons of books, pills, products, and diets that try to answer this question. But, in reality, many of us already know the answer. More Vegetables and Fruits!
I just came from LFWC's Big Food workshop and was so impressed with the great tips, and information presented. The doctors also cooked for everyone. I was expecting steamed vegetables, fruit salad, and baked Chicken, boy was I wrong and very surprised! Instead, it was cauliflower rice, seaweed salad, sheep stew, broccoli pesto, Thai chicken, and raw pumpkin pie. Everything was organic and full of antioxidants, but more importantly, it was delicious!
I have a wonderful idea for breakfast tomorrow that I received from Dr. Bruce, free range scrambled egg in a red cabbage cup with sliced avocados on top.
