All Aboard Dinosaur Train Game Review

PBS has an educational show called Dinosaur Train.  This is our favorite PBS show right now. My five year old is practically a paleontologist with all of the dinosaur knowledge that she has gained over the last few months.  Her favorite are the Pterodactyls.
So, when she discovered that there was an "All Aboard Dinosaur Game," she was pretty excited.  This game is fun for everyone in the family.  We all played last night and everyone got to pick there favorite dinosaur character to be.  I got to be Mr. Conductor.

It's a very simplistic game but it's entertaining and very cute.  Basically, you follow the tracks through the Triassic, Jurassic and Cretaceous time periods.  The game ends when you reach the pteranadon nest.  It's best suited for 2 - 6 players, ages 4 and up. Contents Include: game board, 6 movers, 6 mover stands, pocket watch spinner wheel, spinner and instructions.  It's priced at $12.00, which I think is a great deal.  You can see this game or other Dinosaur products for sale here on PBS.org. I think this would make an excellent gift this holiday season!
