Zonderkids Books

I love Zonderkids.  Many of their books are on my daughter's book shelf.
Our newest two are:
17 Christmases

17 Christmases

Dandi Daley Mackall (Author), Michele Noiset (Illustrator)

Review:
"I thank God for Jesus and family galore, For seventeen Christmases---never a chore." This is a Christmas adventure for a family that goes on a holiday road trip to visit relatives and friends in 17 states.  They start in California make their way all over the USA seeings new things and experiencing how Christmas is different depending on where you live.  What is a commonality is the celebration of the birth of Jesus by their family and friends.  We enjoyed reading this especially because my daughter got to visit these states with the family which was educational and fun.

Children of God Storybook Bible

By: Archbishop Desmond Tutu
The Children of God Storybook Bible is a collection of Bible stories written by Archbishop Desmond Tutu and presents the idea of God’s forgiveness and reconciliation to children. Each of the stories emphasizes God’s desire for all people to live in community
The illustrations and devotionals are beautiful  and a prayer is included after each retelling.  My favorite aspect of this book was the illustrations.
Ages: 4-7
