Calcium Supplements

I just read on NPR that "Before you pop that calcium supplement, you might want to talk to your doctor. A new analysis out in the British Journal of Medicine says calcium supplements may increase the risk of heart attack by 30 percent."

We all need calcium but getting enough calcium from your diet is very difficult. A whole foods supplement might be worth looking into. It's natural and a more absorbable calcium form for your body. This is why I take New Chapter and Garden of Life Vitamins and calcium supplements.
