NOVICA: Artisan Jewelry From Around The World Review

I have always had a passion for travelling and studying different cultures. I also love to buy gifts from different places that you cannot just buy at your local mall. A vase from India or a handmade bracelet from Sri Lanka is much more than a thing of beauty. It means more because there is a culture and a story behind the piece. It's not just a mass produced item that we are used to buying. This is why I am head over heels for shopping at Novica. They give artists and artisans around the world a global platform to express their true artistic talents and to spur their creativity.
Once you visit this website, I'm sure you too will fall in love with the merchandise, artist's stories, and unique gifts available. You will have access to unique, hard-to-find items at great values.
If you aren't a world traveler, you now can experience the thrill of having some beautiful and very different pieces like no other in your home.
NOVICA brings this opportunity to you: The World is Your Market.

I had a wonderful experience buying this Tiger's eye pendant necklace, 'Wild Nature' from Novica. The only hard part was choosing from the thousands of items for sale. I truly liked everything. Their handmade jewelry was very appealing and after a few hours I finally made my choice. The Tiger's Eye seemed to call to me.
"Tiger's eye glows with mystical candor in the modern design of this necklace. Tiger's eye is regarded as a highly protective stone, also known to bring clear-thinking and insight. Khun Boom crafts the necklace by hand, selecting a large and ornate silver toggle to double as pendant. .950 silver."
When it arrived, I was pretty excited because I have never received an international package before. The handmade box was simply beautiful and the necklace was stunning. Each Tiger's Eye bead was cut to perfection. I wore it the following night to dinner and it was dazzling under the lights.
An artisan story card was also included with the package.
The talented artist who made my Tiger's Eye Necklace is Khun Boom.
This is a quote from her:
"I feel that I am doing well for my age, and I am very content with how far I have come. But my real measure of success is seeing my mother smile, as she means the whole world to me."
Khun Boom grew up in Chiang Mai. She is trained in design and art, and earned a degree in fine art from the Chiang Mai Institute of Technology.
