Gaiam for Excellent Exercise Products!

I enjoy running with my daughter along our beach pathway. We are fortunate to have fabulous Hawaiian weather which yields to much exercise. I toss my yoga mat (bought from Gaiam) in the back of my stroller and we are off. She loves our morning stop at the beach where she will play, but usually she chooses to exercise with me.

My most comfy yet stylish Pilate's shirt!

When I take my weekly Pilate's class or occasional yoga class, it is important to me to wear comfortable but breathable clothing. Most of my exercise shirts are a little stiff and restricting. This exercise cross back tank top pictured above allows for movement and is a functional, stylish organic cotton blend. It is truly the softest exercise top I own made of 94% organic cotton/6% spandex with low Eco-impact dyes . It's breathable, flexible and it has a built-in shelf bra. It comes in a variety of colors: Baltic blue, black, coral, grape, melon green, white or floral print. (Thailand).

When I am not at my Pilate's class, I try and workout at night. Pilate's bootcamp is a great easy to follow DVD with easy to grip weights included. Created by famed Pilate's trainer Mari Winsor, it's a rapid-fire routine combining graceful signature Pilate's moves with light hand weights for a resistance workout. A great way to sculpt, tone, and burn calories...and my favorite part...it's only 20 minutes! I have done it for the past 2 weeks and really enjoy how fast and easy it is.
