I have tasted the very BEST ice-cream and I'm excited to share this sweet secret with you. It's Luna & Larry’s Coconut Bliss. My sister told me how great their ice-cream was and then my friend shared with me about this irresistible treat, so I decided to try it for myself. Yum-I'm hooked! It's organic, vegan, dairy, soy, and gluten free. Coconut Bliss is naturally rich and creamy, made from coconut milk.

The flavors include Naked Coconut, Dark Chocolate, Vanilla Island, Mint Galactica, Cappuccino, Cherry Amaretto, Strawberry Lemon Love, and Chocolate Hazelnut Fudge. The Naked Coconut is wonderful, but if you aren't a big fan of coconut, try the other flavors. My favorite is the Mint Galactica. It tastes like Christmas in a spoonful. I served a scoopful on top of some homemade fudge brownies the other night and everyone went crazy over it.

The ingredients in Naked Coconut are: Organic Coconut Milk, Organic Agave Syrup, Organic Dried Coconut, Organic Coconut Extract, Organic Fair Trade Vanilla Extract. Isn't that GREAT! It is natural, good for you, creamy and delicious! Luna & Larry’s Coconut Bliss is also a fabulous alternative for those who cannot have dairy or have other allergies or dietary restrictions.
