First, you enter the shop where you get to choose male or female, baby, toddler, big kid, cat or dog. Yes, even your pet can be personalized! Then, you get to choose skin color, eye color, hair style, accessories, and outfits. My daughter had so much fun going through the process that I believe we created around twenty characters in all. The Silly Shirt Shop is very user friendly and there are a lot of options from hats and sunglasses, to fairy wands. I realized pretty quick that I was interested in getting the finished product, while my daughter just loved the experience. In the end, she customized her shirt with a little girl with black curls in a pink ball gown.
