Eco Craft: Recycled Numbers

We made these numbers yesterday out of leaves, scraps of materials, and the labels off of cans. What a great way to teach your child numbers, collaging, and about recycling all at the same time. It also makes a lovely wall display when finished.

Materials needed:

glue
a hard price of cardboard
scissors
pieces of anything outside or inside your home that is relatively flat and easy to glue...the possibilities are endless!

*buttons work great too

note: for a very young child, make sure not to use small items. Larger materials work better and parents do the cutting :)
